- (1) Except for medico-social institutions, psychiatry, neuropsychiatry, education and specialized care centers limited to 12 days per person per year for level 1.
- (2) Sales price limit: As defined by regulation. The 100% Healthcare paks for a part of the dental and hearing aids will be fully covered starting from January 1, 2021 in accordance with Decree No. 2019-21 of January 11, 2019.
- (3) Limited to the coverage of one piece of equipment every 2 years, for adults and children over 16 years old. This price cap is annual for children under 16 years old and adults in case of early renewal as provided for in Article L.1651 of the Social Security Code or eyesight change. The provisions for early renewal are defined by the decree of December 3, 2018.
